Payment

Payment may be made by direct deposit into our: “Live Conveyancing General Trust Account” Details are below.
 

• Please quote your name and matter number as a reference.

 

• Credit card companies Visa and Mastercard have a payment processing fee of 1.95% which applies to all transactions. A payment processing fee does not apply for transactions when using Direct Debit.

 

• NB: An up-front payment of $300 incl GST for our professional costs is payable for any sale being on a/c of the preparation of the Contract for Sale in addition to any third party disbursements/costs, searches and expenses incurred and ordered. An up-front fee of $150 incl GST for our professional costs is payable on the purchase of a property for perusal of a Purchase Contract (and $250 incl GST for such professional costs if such contract is an “off-the plan” purchase) and if this contract is aborted prior to exchange or you do not proceed with the purchase in addition to any third party disbursements/costs, searches and expenses incurred and ordered.

 

• Should there be any unforeseen issue or dispute with the property, the transaction or a party or third party to the transaction then this may incur an additional charge as expressly disclosed in our “Additional fees” heading. Any fee or additional work required to be done and which is not expressly disclosed in our “Additional fees” heading and which equates to more than 2 hours additional work (in the case of late completion) will be charged at an hourly rate of $150 plus gst prior to undertaking any further work as aforesaid or you being liable to incurring additional charges we will first provide you with a cost estimate to undertake such additional work and obtain your consent to proceed.
